2025 MOE FAS Application

Dear Parents/ Guardians The 2025 MOE FAS application is now open for registration. Please submit your application by filling up the online FAS application form.

Please note the following when filling up the application form.

1. This form may take you 30 minutes to complete. Please read the ‘Information and Instructions for Applicants’ in Annex I before you complete this form.

If you have children studying in different Government or Government-aided schools, you need to submit only 1 application form to the school of any child.
Any forms submitted with alterations to the original text will not be considered by the Ministry of Education.
