We seek your kind cooperation in completing the administrative matters listed in the table below for your child/ward.
Please note that items marked “Required” must be submitted by 23 October 2025.

We would also like to remind all parents to sign in to the MOE Parent Gateway (PG), as it will be the official communication platform for all school announcements and updates moving forward.

2	Parent Gateway Setup (PG) Parents Gateway (PG) is a one-stop mobile app for parents and schools to better support their children’s educational journey through improved communications. It allows parents to receive updates on school programmes and activities. It also allows parents to perform administrative functions such as providing consent for their children to participate in school activities, as well as declaration of travel plans. 3	eGiro Sign up for GIRO arrangement with MOE for payment of school fees and charges or disbursement of award/subsidy via online at (1) MOE eGIRO page. Please refer to the (2) user guide for the steps to sign up and the participating banks.
